Join us in Welcoming Paul Salmon to the Contract Management Team in Bristol – April 2012

Paul started his working career in the catering industry and achieved a diploma in Hotel and Management while at college in 1993.

Through his catering career he worked with an array of top chefs and Restaurant Owners including John Torode (Master Chef), Bruno Loubet, Jean Christophe Novelli, Geoffrey Moore  (Son of James Bond Star, Roger Moore)  to name but a few, allowing him to be awarded the Michelin star accolade.

His career allowed him to hone his management skills:  controlling and improving full time, part time and agency staff, legality rules, health and safety, promotional marketing, improvement of finances, enhanced training and development of General Managers.

In 2001 Paul moved back to his home town of Bristol to run a restaurant in the centre of town.  Within two years another restaurant was opened and Paul was promoted to Development Manager of both restaurants and a steadily growing event catering business with joint annual turnover of £750,000.

In 2012 Paul sought a new working challenge and moved into his father’s Company of Commercial and Industrial Cleaning.  With intensive training Paul has worked his way up within the company and has quickly showed promise with his “can do” attitude allowing him to use his Management skills within Ryeford which has resulted in a promotion to full time Contract Manager, working alongside our Operations team in the South West.
